Once you have completed these steps you will be asked to also complete your Rental Application Before You Go. This quick but required application asks for verifiable information related to Housing, Source of Income information, and two personal references with contact phone numbers. Rent To Own Plans also known as Lease Purchase require NO CREDIT CHECK. Our 12-24 month Rent To Own Plans allow you to purchase through a discounted first month’s payment, lower monthly payments and offers both 50% off the balance for an early pay-off on contracts of 7 months or longer (the difference between total scheduled payments and total paid on account) and a Service Warranty. Our Rent To Own Plans are not available on all items offered on our website.
Our 6 Month’s Same As Retail (Cash) Lease Purchase Option also requires NO CREDIT CHECK. The 6 Month Same as Retail (Cash) Purchase Option allows you to save by purchasing at our Retail price and paying over 6 equal monthly payments. Cost of Lease Services is $0 for all 6 Months Same as Retail (Cash) Agreements. All manufacturer’s warranties are passed on to you.
Items purchased thru Fortiva Retail Credit require FREE White Glove Delivery or FREE in-store pick-up. The required paperwork
1) Copy of Fortiva Retail Credit Application
2) Copy of Cardholder Agreement
3) Signed copy of Fortiva Retail Credit Receipt,
must be completed by the applicant upon delivery/pick up of purchased items.
We offer White Glove Delivery and In-Store pick up at no additional charge.
White Glove Delivery items will be delivered to the room of your choice by our local Delivery Agents in 2-21 days depending on availability and shipping schedules. Some Fortiva Retail Credit purchases do not qualify for delivery and will instead be available for in-store pick up only.
Yes. You will be sent an email immediately following your order to confirm that we have received your order and to serve as your receipt. For items requiring White Glove Delivery, you will be contacted by phone to schedule delivery.
For orders financed with the Fortiva Retail Credit line of credit, payments will be sent directly to Fortiva Retail Credit. You will receive monthly billing statements. You may manage your Fortiva Retail Credit account online at www.myfortiva.com or by phone at 1-800-792-1421.
For orders purchased thru our Rent To Own/ Lease Purchase Plans, Simply put your item in the cart and follow the direction for Rent To Own. Make your initial Payment and the local store will contact you for Delivery. You may also visit the store closest to you and pay by cash, credit, or debit card. Once set up, you can easily make your re-occurring payments right here from the comfort of your home. Your active agreement number and your customer number will be needed.
